I got an eMate 300 for Christmas 2013, and a problem I've come to notice is that when I set the time and date, and then tap the mini clock in the corner to re-open the clock, it's either corrupted, or it is reset to default. Is this the memory, or is it a bug? My documents have timestamps on them, and I don't want them to get scrambled up. Thank you in advance.

You might want to e-mail them to find out if a PRAM battery exists for it.
Set your date to something around 2001 or so.....I bet it works fine!! It seems to simply call it quits around 2010. I don't think anything with yours is broken....Apple just didn't expect anyone to still have one that many years later.

Right on. Just took my emate out for a spin after a few years in hiding. My son wants to take it to high school to take notes on and freak people out. Turns out that 1998 had the same calendar days as 2015, so it's a happy emate now and knows the date and time (sort of).
